Legacy AI Technologies, Inc.
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Last updated: October 24, 2026

Legacy AI Technologies, Inc. ("Legacy AI," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming corporation based in Casper, Wyoming. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at legacytech.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

We keep this simple on purpose: we collect only what we need to respond to you, we do not sell your information, and we do not use tracking cookies.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide:

  • Partner with us: your name, work email, organization, role, industry, organization size, and a description of how you would use our technology.
  • Join the team: your name, email, area of interest, a resume link, an optional LinkedIn or portfolio link, and anything you choose to tell us about yourself.
  • Want to learn more?: your name, email, the description that best fits you, an optional organization name, and your message.
  • Email: if you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Please do not send us sensitive information (for example, health, financial account, or government identification details) through the Site.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. They give us aggregate information such as the number of visits, pages viewed, approximate country, device type, browser, and referring website. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and to keep the Site running.

Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to work, they will not be used to track you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities.
  • Review job interest and contact candidates about roles.
  • Send you information you asked for.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Legal bases (for visitors in the EU, UK, and similar regions): we process your information based on your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interests in responding to you and running our business, steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement, and compliance with our legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, data storage, analytics, and document and spreadsheet tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when needed.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Legacy AI, our users, or others.
  • A successor organization, if Legacy AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us:

  • General inquiries and partnership requests: up to 3 years after our last contact with you.
  • Job interest: up to 2 years, so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Analytics: in aggregate form only.

After that, we delete or anonymize it, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

5. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@legacytech.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 to 45 days). We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

EU and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Australian residents: we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may contact us about access, correction, or a privacy complaint at the email below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

California and other US state residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under state privacy laws, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

You can opt out of any email from us at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in the email.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other websites

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, if the changes are significant, post a notice on the Site.
